Katie is the Founder/CEO of Rhema Strategic and Thompson Real Estate Services. She is a wife, daughter, licensed real estate agent, lover of America and a believer in Jesus Christ. Armed with a background in sales, marketing management, real estate operations, and business management she brings a professional tool chest ready to take your business to the next level.
While originally hailing from a small farming community in California, she lived in SW Washington state for over 11 years before moving to Meridian, Idaho. Her personal business growth is based purely on word-of-mouth and offering consistently effective solutions for her clients, but she is now practicing what she preaches to implement digital marketing to expand the reach of Rhema Strategic.

What does the Rhema Strategic logo mean? Katie comes from a family of entrepreneurs in California's central valley. The logo - "T Lazy H" - is her family's brand for the cattle ranch owned by her great-grandfather in Merced County. She is deeply connected to the legacy of her grandfather and his adventurous entrepreneurial spirit. This logo is a tribute to the impact of this man on her life.

With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ryan brings a deep understanding of what it takes to make a business succeed. From managing his own coffee shop startup to crafting compelling narratives as a skilled copywriter, his career has been defined by creativity, resilience, and a commitment to excellence. Ryan's copywriting portfolio includes three ghostwritten books, three books published under his own name, and a wealth of content ranging from blogs and website copy to press releases. Each project reflects his ability to connect with audiences and deliver results driven messaging.

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, he now calls Idaho home, and his roots have instilled in him a love for community and authenticity.
